Overview

The MitySOM-C10L series of highly configurable, small form-factor System-on-Modules features an Altera Cyclone 10 LP (Low Power) field programmable gate array (FPGA) and include on-board power supplies, NOR FLASH and a HyperRAM memory subsystem, and memory controller IP and reference designs from Synaptic Labs LLC. The MitySOM-C10L delivers a low power, flexible, low cost FPGA solution for rapid development and deployment of new designs. Using a NIOS II Softcore processor, the MitySOM-C10L provides a complete and flexible CPU infrastructure for a low cost integrated embedded system.

The MitySOM-C10L has been designed to support several upgrade options. These include various FPGA densities, speed grades, and operating temperature specifications (including commercial and industrial temperature ranges).

Development Kit

The MitySOM-C10L/G Development Kit supports Critical Link’s Cyclone 10 FPGA-based modules.

Each kit includes a compatible MitySOM-C10L or MitySOM-C10G module and a base board that features on-board Debug UART to USB converter and 10/100/1000 Gb Ethernet communication interfaces, FMC HPC connector that is compatible with a wide range of existing add-on cards, and two 60-pin dual row connectors that provide additional IO expansion options. All powered from a single 12VDC input (adapter included) with onboard +3.3V/+5V/2.5V/1.8V power supplies.
