New Demo: High-Res, Multi-Camera Vision at the Edge

Working on high-resolution, multi-camera vision at the edge?

This Agilex 5-based demo uses the Altera FPGA AI Suite to deploy a YOLOv8 model with pose estimation on our MitySOM Agilex 5 module. The reference design shows an 8K@60 pipeline with support for up to 8 MIPI cameras on the standard dev kit, and up to 24 cameras on custom carrier designs. The FPGA fabric handles sensor aggregation, image signal processing, and model acceleration, while the hard processor system manages control and networking. It’s a strong starting point if you’re architecting systems for industrial inspection, smart agriculture, or medical imaging and need deterministic latency and tight integration between vision I/O and AI workloads.

Featured Hardware: Each of Critical Link’s Agilex-based solutions can run this demo: MitySOM-A5E StandardMitySOM-A5E Mini, and MitySBC-A5E. Contact info@criticallink.com for more information
