Syracuse NY (November 12, 2008) Critical Link, a Syracuse-based electronics product development company, today announced that the company has been selected as a member of the Texas Instruments (TI) Elite Design House Network, a small group of independent companies offering system design, development, prototyping and manufacturing services to customers worldwide.
